COVID-19 UPDATE

We are fulfilling and shipping all orders daily (Mon-Fri) as per our regular schedule.

As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to have an increased impact on our communities, we want you to know that we are monitoring the situation closely and are following updates and guidelines provided by the CDC and other government authorities to help keep you and our employees safe and healthy. 

Order Fulfillment: USPS and UPS are maintaining regular pickup/delivery schedules and shipments from most of our suppliers continue to arrive. 

Email/Phone Support: We will continue to offer daily customer support via email or over the phone. Since we might be unable to answer the office phone, we ask that you please leave a message and one of our staff members will get back to you asap from home.

Returns: Returns might take up to a week to process (instead of our usual 2-3 days).
