Shipping & Returns

Return Policy

Arrowhead is proud to offer our customers a wide selection of items, at affordable prices.  While we would love to provide flexible options for every purchase, we must adhere to the return policies set by our many suppliers.   Arrowhead makes every effort to update the return policies for each item on the product page, however, it is not always possible to provide the most accurate information. (Should a manufacturer change their return policy without notifying Arrowhead, we are still bound by their most current terms and agreements.) 

Prior to completing your purchase, please carefully read the return terms and conditions, to ensure you understand the policies of each.  If there is no return information listed, please contact Arrowhead to inquire about the policy for a particular item at orders@arrowheadcorp.com. 

Return Authorization

Arrowhead Corp. must approve all return requests, regardless of the terms stated for each item.   If you would like to process a return, please email us at orders@arrowheadcorp.com, and include your order number and reason for return.   Once your request has been received and approved, we will issue you an RMA Number and provide you with return instructions. (Note: We are unable to process unauthorized returns.)  All returns are at the sole discretion of Arrowhead Corp.  Your return is subject to inspection.  There may be a 20% restock fee applied to items returned due to no fault of Arrowhead Corp.  Up to a 50% restock fee can apply if items or accessories are misrepresented, used, damaged or have missing items or original packaging. 

RMA Terms and Conditions
  • Product may be returned within 30 days of sale with a valid RMA Number
  • The RMA number must be on the shipping label only.  Do not write RMA numbers on any original packaging.  (No returns will be accepted without an RMA Number issued by Arrowhead Corp.)
  • Products must be returned in the original packaging including all accessories, bags, CD’s and manuals.
  • Your return tracking number must be provided to Arrowhead when return ships.
  • Refused shipments must be reported to Arrowhead Corp. within 2 days of refusal. 
Electronic Components

There is a 30% Re-Stocking Fee on all Electronic Components.  Please contact ourCustomer Care for details. 

Ineligible Items

We regret that we are unable to process returns on items that are not in their original packaging complete.   Additionally, Arrowhead is unable to process returns on Special Orders, Printheads, Bar Code Media, Software or Service Contracts.   This policy also applies to items which are identified as "non-returnable" or "ineligible for return" on their product page.

Shipping and Delivery:

We begin the shipping process as soon as you place your order with Arrowhead with our FedEx™ delivery service.  If you order before 4:00 pm MST M-F, we can ship the same day, excluding holidays.  We guarantee on-time, all-expenses-paid delivery for your convenience.  

Privacy and Security:

We encourage all customers to register as repeat users of our website. Your privacy and the safety of your data are of paramount importance to Arrowhead.  We guarantee confidentiality and security of your information with state-of-the-art data management systems for your protection.

Payment, Pricing, and Promotions:

Arrowhead’s site incorporates payment options including PayPal, Google Checkout, and Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, and Discover credit cards in its Shopping Cart feature for your convenience.  Our Shopping Cart also incorporates our Discount Code feature, which allows you to apply discounts, coupons, and other promotional price reductions to your purchase, and our Estimate Shipping and Tax website feature, which provides you with a quote on request for the full amount of your purchase and estimated date of arrival.

Viewing Orders:

As soon as your place your order, we will send you an E-mail confirming your order, and a link to our site so that you can easily check on the status of your order by logging in and clicking on My Account.  You won’t have to wait in suspense to find out what’s happening with your order!

Updating Account Information:

By registering with Arrowhead, you can easily place repeat orders and update your account information by clicking the My Account button.   We encourage you to register any changes in your Arrowhead account with us immediately to facilitate prompt and efficient communication.  Let us know where we can reach you so Arrowhead can maintain a happy relationship with you!
