Payment may be made by cashiers check, money order, wire transfer (International orders), Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, or C.O.D cashiers check (Domestic orders only). Orders paid by credit card will have a 3% handling fee.

A credit application can be obtained by calling 1-602-437-3994 and talking to a sales representative. When opening an account with us, please allow sufficient time to complete the approval process. Arizona residents need to remit 7.80% sales tax. Arrowhead is not able to remit sales tax to states other than Arizona.

We can ship UPS, Fedex, Airborne, or common carrier trucking. We can arrange freight or you can, which ever you prefer. FOB point is Chandler, AZ.

Equipment to be returned will be handled on a case by case basis. In order to facilitate our return processing:

  • Please contact a Customer Service Representative to obtain a return authorization number.
  • All returns must have the RMA number written clearly on outside of returned package.
  • All returns should be made within 30 days of date of invoice.
  • Return freight charge must be prepaid. Sorry, COD returns cannot be accepted.
  • Return merchandise in original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • Please note that parts returned due to customer error may be subject to a 20% restocking charge and a 30% restocking charge on electronics.
  • NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS.
  • Defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the invoice, and will be exchanged or replaced at our option.
  • NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS

This return policy may be altered for special circumstances.

If a check you give us as a payment is dishonored for any reason by the bank or other institution on which it is drawn, you agree to pay us $20.00 as a service charge (if the check cannot be redeposited) pursuant to Arizona Statutes. In addition, you agree to pay any other reasonable charges imposed by any check verification company or collection agency that we may use for collection.


In addition to the United States and it's territories, Arrowhead also accepts orders from other countries. Orders of foreign origin (except Canada) may be shipped to a forwarding agent of your choice within the United States. An additional handling charge may be included for processing and invoicing. Arrowhead cannot accept letters of credit, personal checks or certified personal checks. A cashier's check in U.S funds or wire transfer ($35.00 transfer fee) will avoid processing delays.

If you receive merchandise that has been damaged in transit, it is important to keep the shipping carton, packing material and parts intact. Please contact Arrowhead Resellers Corp. to initiate a claim.

Repair on replacement of defective product only. This warranty does not apply to products which have been subject to misuse (including static discharge), neglect, accident, modification, or which have been soldered or altered during assembly and are not capable of being tested.


Arrowhead gives no warranty either expressed or implied and specifically disclaims all other warranties for merchantability and fitness. In no event shall Arrowhead's liability exceed the buyer's purchase price nor shall Arrowhead be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
